If you are not registered at the Web Site, you must complete the “Join Pepsi” registration page located on the Web Site before entering the Sweepstakes. If you have previously registered at the Web Site, enter your email address at the entry box and click where indicated to submit an entry. At certain times throughout the Sweepstakes Period, you may also be asked to provide responses to 5 to 10 optional survey questions; however, the questions need not be answered in order to be eligible for entry. Limit one online entry per each calendar day (12:00:00 am ET to 11:59;59 pm ET) per email address. The name of the person submitting the email address upon Sweepstakes entry must be (a) the name of the person who registered on the Web Site for such email address, and (b) the name of the authorized account holder of such email address, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address submitted upon entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of fifty-two (52) manufacturer’s coupons each redeemable for one (1) free 12-Pack of either Pepsi Vanilla or Diet Pepsi Vanilla, up to max. $3.75 per 12-pack. Total est. retail value of prize package is $195. 3. DRAWING: All winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about August 22, 2003 by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address (postal or e-mail) will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release (“Affidavit") within fifteen (15) days of attempted winner notification (as indicated by the date on the Affidavit). Failure to return the Affidavit (if required) within 15 days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
